ani  [兄 (Polite name) あ ]
onii chan (お兄ちゃ おにいちゃ  )
 nii san (兄さ にいさん)
aniki ( あにき)
nii chan (兄ちゃ にいちゃん)
an chan (あんちゃ あんちゃ)  
onii san (お兄さ おにいさ    )
        * All of this words means, big/elder brother. The chan suffix is used in very familiar/affectionate situations, -san and -sama suffixes are honorifics, indicating a higher status.
